Ingredients:
NOTE: The recipe is delicious as it is, but to make it even more delish, keep mushroom stems. Line bottom of shallow glass or ceramic dish with 2 Tbsp. butter (or more) and about 3 cloves of minced garlic. Slice stems going along with the grain (long-ways). Place stems on top of butter and garlic. Place stuffed mushrooms on top of the butter, garlic and stems. Follow all other instructions as directed.

Ingredients:
- 2 - 10 oz. packages mushrooms (dark brown preferred)
- 2 - 5.2 oz. packages Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
- Optional: 5 oz. cream cheese (you can cut down the cost of this recipe by substiting cream cheese in place of 1 package Boursin®)
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, finely grated (the powdered parmesan is just as tasty and easer to top the mushrooms with)
- 2 slices Prosciutto, sliced into mini squares, approximately 1 cm x 1 cm (to reduce cost use thin sliced lunch-meat ham; It tastes just as good!!)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (or 4 total Tbsp. - see note below)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed (or 4 total cloves - see note below)

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Clean mushrooms, dry them, and remove stems.
- Mix Boursin® and cream cheese.
- Stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture.
- Place the mushrooms onto a baking pan.
Top the mushrooms with parmesan cheese and prosciutto. Lightly press the ingredients into the Boursin®-stuffed mushrooms, so that they stick.
Microwave 2 Tbsp. butter and 1 clove crushed garlic for a few seconds to melt the butter. - Drip butter/garlic mixture onto the top of the mushrooms (you can skip this step, especially if you save the stems and make them the "butter sauce with stems at the bottom" way).
- Bake mushrooms for approximately 25-30 minutes.
- Broil cooked mushrooms for 5 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Serve and enjoy!!
