Serves: 10 Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes Total Time: 40 minutes Ingredients: 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup grated Romano cheese (Kraft grated Parmesan & Romano cheese mix works just fine) ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese ½ cup heavy cream ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 cloves minced garlic (or 1 teaspoon crushed garlic) ½ teaspoon dried basil Salt and pepper to taste 1 7 oz can/jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (marinated artichoke hearts work great too!) 1 cup frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained (or 1 10 oz box frozen spinach) Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and salsa Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish. 2) Mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic, basil, and S&P. Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach. 3) Transfer the mixture to the baking dish. Top with remaining Mozzarella. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn the broiler on to medium heat. Broil until cheese on top is lightly browned (be careful not to burn). 4) Serve with chips and salsa for a delicious treat!
